The hotel is a fantastic wee find that I can't recommend highly enough. The rooms are cozy and clean, slightly dated but adding to the quaint and quirkiness of this place. The warmth in the room without even needing the central heating was a nice surprise. The hotel offers all the extras you'd expect from a chain hotel but in a locally run independent establishment.

The dining experience, particularly the full Scottish breakfast, was very filling and enjoyable. However, bunk beds and double glazing would enhance the rooms further.
